1. “If everybody stayed home instead of voting, the whole system would collapse—so you have a duty to vote!” According to the video, what’s wrong with this argument? It doesn’t take into account the other duties a person might have that would prevent them from voting. Since you know that millions of people will vote, you also know the system won’t collapse if you don’t. Given the terrible choices voters are presented with, it would be an improvement if the system collapsed. Correct! Wrong!
